This is a solid hardwood case that will last for generations. The exterior is made from a single board of quarter sawn Sapele, milled to 5/8ths thickness. The miter construction is reinforced by Maple dovetail splines which add an element of contrast. It is approximately 14 x11 by 6 inches tall. The drawer facings were cut from a single board of Curly Maple. The drawer interior is approximately 11x8 inches. Each has a velvet lining and is a perfect place for high end jewelry and/or keepsakes.
